Terms and conditions of sale from 08/01/2021
These Terms of Use are composed of terms, capitalized, whose meaning is indicated below and are understood both in the singular and plural throughout the site.
Fame House / La Fame House
Refers to One Life LLC. The registered office is located in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Subscription
Means the contract by which the Customer acquires the benefit of the Services for a fixed price for a specified period through the Site.
Customer
The User having subscribed to a Subscription on the Site.
Account
Access system requiring a login and a password to connect.
Data
All elements such as (information, texts, photographs, messages, etc.) collected by the User and implemented by him/her within the Fame House Website.
Personal Data (s)
Refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person under several criteria and is deemed to be an “identifiable natural person” a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly. In particular, by reference to an identifier, such as a name, a Fame House identification number or location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, economic, cultural or social identity.
Establishment
Refers to one of the bars, pubs, nightclubs, hairdressers, stores, restaurants or any other business listed by Fame House on its website.
Functionality
Each element implemented, accessible and usable.
Means of Access
Function by which a User can access one or more Services in order to use them for himself.
Operator
Company that operates various electronic telecommunications networks necessary for the access and use of the Services useful for the good management of the company.
Services
Refers to all the services made available to the User by Fame House.
Website
The Fame House website allowing the User to access the Services detailed in Article 6
Third Party
Refers to natural or legal persons who are not related by common ownership or control to Fame House or other individuals not related to Fame House or a User;
Users
Refers to any person or entity accessing the Fame House site
The purpose of this contract defines the terms and conditions for which the client commits to Fame House. It also defines the elements that the company can develop.
Fame House makes these conditions available on the dedicated website https://www.fame-house.com, but also at the time of the subscription of the customer.
The company also ensures that their acceptance is clear and without reservation by setting up a checkbox and a validation click. The customer declares to have read all the present General Terms of Sale and to accept them without restriction or reserve.
The seller reserves the right to modify the present terms and conditions at any time by publishing a new version on its website.
The prices of the services sold through the website are indicated in Euros, all taxes included.
3.1. Subscription price
The price of the Subscription is set by One Life LLC and is 34.90€ per month for the Member status.
The company reserves the right to change the price of the subscription.
3.2 Terms of payment
Payments must be made as soon as the member registers, by means of :
A valid credit card
Any other payment method validated by One Life LLC’s payment provider;
3.3. Duration of the subscription
The commitment period is set at 3 months by MGM Influence, judging this period necessary to obtain results for these customers on the one hand and on the other hand to ensure an organization of the proposed services.
Unless terminated by the Subscriber under the conditions set forth in these GTC, the Subscription is tacitly renewed for a period of one year.
3.4. Default of payment
A flat fee of €9.99 will be charged for any rejected direct debits.
3.5 Membership fee
Activation and identity verification fees (membership fee) of 19.90€ are charged to all customers. This step is mandatory for each creation of a Member account.
In the case of an offer including a trial period, in order to maintain an optimal quality of our services and partnerships, and to be able to bring clear and precise information about the number of members to the stores that work with us, the minimum duration charged will still be three months.
The customer cannot assign or transfer the rights and obligations for which he/she is contracting with Fame House.
The company provides its customers with all of its services upon subscription.
The services are therefore fully available to the customer before the end of the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period available to the customer. The customer thus waives his right of withdrawal by subscribing to the Fame House (Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code).
In order to obtain real results for the customer, and to respect the work of your agent, the minimum subscription period is three months.
In the case of an offer including a one-month trial period, in order to maintain an optimal quality of our services and partnerships, and to be able to bring clear and precise information about the number of members to the stores that work with us, the minimum duration billed will still be two months.
After this period, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not issue refunds or credits for partial usage periods, or for any partner code assigned and not used.
To cancel your subscription, send an email to infos@famehouse.fr specifying the email address with which the subscription was taken out. If it is not identical to the email address with which the request is made, no other contact attempt will be taken into account.
Unless otherwise specified, all sales made through the Site are final.
Once the termination and closure of the Customer Account is noted, the Customer will no longer be able to access the Site and the Services, except in the case of a reactivation of his Customer Account.
The Client’s deregistration puts an end to the contract binding him to Fame House. The Customer will no longer have a personal account and will no longer be able to subscribe.
If the Customer leaves during the period, the Subscription for the current month must be paid in full, the amount will not be prorated.
In case of reactivation of the Customer Account within 6 months of its deletion, the Customer will be able to access his personal Account but will have to subscribe to a new Subscription to benefit from all the Services offered by Fame House.
After this 6-month period, the Customer who wishes to re-register on the platform must create a new Account and subscribe to a Subscription.
The Customer understands and agrees that the Services will be provided upon registration on the site and upon subscription to the Subscription.
These Services will be executed before the end of the fourteen (14) calendar day withdrawal period available to the Customer.
Therefore, the Customer expressly waives his right of withdrawal by accepting the Terms and Conditions here.
Satisfied or refunded: Fame House commits to refund the subscription if the member can prove that after several requests, his vouchers and partner codes have not been communicated to him.
In order to get real results for the customer, and to respect the work of your agent, the minimum subscription period is three months.
In the case of an offer including a one-month trial, in order to maintain the highest quality of our services and partnerships, and to be able to provide clear and precise information about the number of members to the stores that work with us, the minimum period invoiced will still be three months.
After this period, you can cancel your Fame House subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not issue refunds or credits for partial usage periods, or for any partner codes assigned and not used.
To cancel your subscription, send an email to infos@fame-house.com or a message to @famehousefrance on Instagram , specifying the email address with which the subscription was taken out if it is not identical to the email address with which the request is made, no other attempt to contact will be taken into account.
The present General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products or services offered by the seller.
The Customer declares to have taken knowledge of the present General Conditions of Sale as well as the General Conditions of Use of the Site and to have accepted them by checking the box provided at the time of his registration. The registration of the Customer on the Site https://www.fame-house.com is worth acceptance without restriction nor reserve of the present CGV.
The Customer who accepts the GTC also accepts :
The General Terms of Use (GTU) of the Site;
The Services, their provision and their execution;
The prices indicated by the Fame House;
All payment methods offered by the Site in question;
All elements related to the Services offered and exclusively described on the Site;
Any informative document written about the Site and the Services provided by Fame House.
The Site and its Services are intended only for people of legal age (over 18 years) and with sufficient legal capacity.
Any registration on this Site by a person who is not of age is strictly forbidden, unless there is a prior agreement from his legal representatives.
When an individual registers on the Site, this Customer declares and guarantees to be of age and to have full legal capacity in accordance with the law.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at a later date, the official version is the one present on the day of the subscription.
7.1. Creation of a customer account
Subscribing to a Subscription via the Site requires the prior creation of a Customer Area.
To create an Account, the User must fill in all the mandatory fields on the registration form, namely
User’s first and last name
E-mail address
Date of birth
Telephone
Bank details
Each Customer agrees to create only one personal Account.
7.2. Account management
The Customer has an interface allowing him to update his information and to complete his profile.
The customer’s personal information
The management of the customer’s notifications
The history and statistics of the customer
The customer’s favorite establishments
A contact form
7.3. Loss of login and/or password
The Customer’s login and password are strictly personal and confidential.
The Customer is responsible for communicating these elements. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his login and password.
In the event of a security problem concerning the Site and Services, particularly relating to the login and/or password, the Customer concerned is obliged to immediately inform Fame House.
Any Customer who encounters any risk to their password must change it immediately after informing Fame House. The User acknowledges that Fame House has the right to take all appropriate measures in such cases.
If the Customer loses his/her password, he/she can receive a new one at the email address he/she provided when registering by clicking on the “forgotten password” button on the page allowing access to his/her personal Account.
7.4. Checks
Fame House may, at its sole discretion, and for purposes of transparency and improvement of the Service, verify the information provided by the Customer when creating the Account.
The customer must follow a series of steps to conclude the contract.
The confirmation of the order will entail the formation of this contract.
The language proposed for the conclusion of the contract is English.
The Customer shall not assign or transfer, in any manner whatsoever, whether free of charge or against payment, the rights and obligations resulting from this agreement, without the express, prior and written consent of Fame House.
Access codes are unique and personal and cannot be transferred and/or lent to a Third Party.
The Fame House reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to make any changes or improvements to the Site that it deems necessary and will not be liable for any damages that may occur.
The Fame House reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to permanently stop the listing of an establishment and will not be held responsible for any event following the termination of the listing.
Customer agrees that its relationship with Fame House is limited to being an independent third party co-contractor, and in no way an employee, agent, joint venturer or partner of Fame House. No event or act shall call into question these commitments.
The Customer is acting on behalf of himself or herself and for his or her own personal benefit, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of Fame House or any other company whatsoever.
Fame House does not control the Customer’s offline activities.
Customer affirms the truthfulness of the information Customer provides to Fame House.
Any inaccuracy in the Customer’s statements may result in the Customer’s liability or even immediate exclusion.

Fame House excludes all liability.
In the event that one of the Parties fails to fulfill its contractual obligations, after a first reminder after five (5) days by e-mail and a second reminder after ten (10) days by e-mail, the Subscription may be terminated by the other Party, fifteen (15) calendar days after sending a formal notice by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt that has remained without effect. The formal notice shall indicate the deficiencies noted.

Customer agrees to take reasonable precautions when communicating or having contact with other Users of the Site or the Application and with any person with whom Customer communicates or has contact in connection with the Use of the Site or the Application, specifically in the event that Customers decide to meet offline or in person, whether or not such meeting is arranged by Fame House.
Fame House expressly excludes all liability for any act or omission of any Customer of the Site and the Application or other Third Parties.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Fame House, unilaterally and without notice.
The General Conditions of Sale applicable to the Customer are those in effect on the day of his purchase or subscription, any new purchase entails acceptance of the new
Any new purchase implies acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions applicable on the day of this new subscription.
The Fame House offers support to its members but does not guarantee any quantified results, these being dependent on the efforts made by the Customer and him alone.
Free product offers: partners reserve the right to ask to cover their shipping costs.
We expressly encourage our Customers to declare themselves as auto-entrepreneurs in order to be able to declare income received in the form of commissions following sales made with a promotional code to share. We will not be held responsible for the omission to declare income on the part of our Customers.
Any modification of the T&Cs is the subject of an information to the Customer from the Site and, if necessary, via an electronic communication.
For any information request or contact, the User agrees to contact Fame House.
The policy of protection of Personal Data of Users and Customers is our priority. (see the privacy policy)
The possible cancellation of one or more clauses of this contract by a court decision or by mutual agreement between the Parties shall not affect its other stipulations, which shall continue to have full and complete effect insofar as the general economy of the contract can be safeguarded.
By express agreement between the parties, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
They are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more languages, only the French text will be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.
